A New Type of Copper Aluminum Complex Absorber


Introduction

Our scientists have developed a reovolutionary new product which uses an ingeniuos manufacturing ttechnique for overcoming the soaking and leakage defects in conventional copper-aluminum roll-bonded absorbers.

The regular process for developing these types of absorbers have met with chronic problems such as faults in welding that lead to the inability to withstand pressure, while our new process overcomes them completely.

Technical Features

  1. Abandons the old manufacturing process of roll bonding and inflation thereby eliminating the troubles that arise from hidden fissures on a damaged copper wall.

  2. Eliminates the need for piping connections between absorber plate and the collector tube, so weld lines are cut in half and soldering tin is no longer necessary.

  3. Works under high pressure (0.8MPa)

  4. Excellent heat conduction between the copper tube and the aluminum fin which are seamlessly attached.

  5. Anode oxidized selective coating.
