Silicon Nitride is a structural ceramic with a high bending strength, fracture toughness, good thermal resistance, wear resistance, erosion resistance, and oxidation resistance.It is widely used in the petrochemical, mechanical, and automobile industry.

Our Technology

The glow plug is the heating component of diesel engines. Metal glow plugs usually have the following shortcomings: slow cool starting velocity, bad erosion resistance, and short service life.Aiming to correct these characteristics, we have developed silicon Nitride ceramic glow plugs.

Benefits of this Technology

Silicon Nitride ceramic glow plug has better oxidation resistance, erosion resistance, and a longer service life than metallic glow plugs. It's main application is as a diesel heating component.
