Introduction

Alkaline proteases hydrolyze proteins and break them down into more soluble polypeptides or free amino acids. As a result of the combined effect of surfactants and enzymes, stubborn stains can be removed from fibers.

Alkaline proteases are the most widely used enzymes in the detergent industry. They remove protein stains such as grass, blood, egg, and human sweat. Their sales account for 40% of the annual industrial enzyme (US$ 300 Million).

Our Technology

We have a method of enhanced alkaline protease production by fermentation. It has reached the three-ton-container fermentation level.It has good characteristics like: good alkaliphilic, stable production, less affection by bacteria, no infection by bacterophages, and high activity of alkaline protease.
