Our Technology Our Medical Ultrasonic Diagnostic Prober is an ocular tissue A type prober. Ultrasound is transmitted into the cornea, and reflections from the lens and retina are received by the piezoelectric crystal element encased in the prober.Pulses received by the element are converted into electrical impulse, amplified, converted into digital form, and then displayed in the form of an A-Scan waveform.The digital information is then used to obtain measurements of the anterior chamber depth (ACD), the lens (Lens), and the axial length (ALX) of the eye.
