Introduction

The pneumatic attracting conveyor for powdery material was first introduced in 1969. In 1986, the pneumatic suction conveyor for cobblestone removal was invented with the following characteristics:

  • Suction that can carry large pellets like cobblestone

  • Unique Structure

  • Easy Operation

  • Low energy consumption in the subatmospheric air flow or vacuum source.

    Our Technology

    The pneumatic conveyor sucks up cobblestone with a maximal diameter of about 5 cm, at a maximal height of 8 m.The maximum capability for sucking up the cobblestone is above 35000 kg/hour, and carries a level distance of 50 - 200m.

    Benefits of this Technology

    The power consumption of the conveyor sucking capacity for one ton is 1.71 kW, compared with the usual 2.5kW.
