Phosphors are widely applied in the field of color TV, cathode ray tubes, and fluorescent lamps.


Phosphors have traditionally been synthesized by means of a solid state reaction at high temperatures.


In order to fit coating, an appropriate milling is always necessary, but this, in turn, will reduce the luminescent brightness of the phosphors.


Our Invention


In our invention, the mixture of reactants is exposed to the radiation of microwave energy.


Our method has yielded many benefits over the conventional methods such as shorter reaction time, lower energy requirements, and pure phase composition.
