Introduction

Transdermal Therapeutic System (TTS), is a popular controlled dosage delivery system. There are several anti-smoking and anti-drug patches.Some TTS' deliver the dosage steadily, while others spontaneously decrease the dose but with no control. The dosage should be decreased in step with the decline in severity of the symptoms or there could be side effects.

Our Technology

Our TTS patch delivers the medicine slowly through the skin into the body circulation. The concentration of medicine in the blood is thus lower than in the oral method, and it can be maintained at a steady level so that the effect of the medicine in the blood may be felt for a longer time, between 3 to 7 days.

The release rate can be pre- programmed to decrease day by day according to a schedule of decreased symptoms, so side effects may be relieved.

Patches can be applied by patients themselves rather than by medical workers.

Controlled dosage can go down to as fine as 0.04mg/day or lower
