Introduction

Most color recognition sensors are color blind. True, there are sensors that can distinguish between infrared, visible and ultraviolet, and so you have infrared sensors, or ultraviolet sensors, or simply light sensors that respond to visible light.So you can have a red sensor that responds to red light but is inert to blue light, and vice versa.

Our Technology

Our opto-electronic switch relies on the new pulse technique to differentiate between the color markings on a nearby object.The resulting response signal activates an on-off switch mechanism that controls, the automatic wrapper on the production line.

According to the color coding on the wrapping paper ( or plastic membrance, or composite tin sheet, etc ), the opto-electronicswitch will send out different control signals, and the automatic wrapper can carry out the different programmed steps in the process.
