With the help of this vast Chinese network, CTC will ensure that the subscriber is protected in regards to relevant laws, regulations, and business practices in China.

OEM Protocol

Upon subscription, subscribers may initiate an inquiry on an OEM manufacturer, product line, or individual item. The inquiry shall take the form of a written request specifying essential information such as:

Sample Request Information:

1. Company description

2. Product line description

3. Technology involved

4. Design drawings, where appropriate

5. Targeted volume requirements on an annual basis

6. Specs provided must be complete and shall form the basis for the search in China.

Preliminary Report

Samples

CTC can arrange for samples of the requested item to be sent from China. The subscriber will be expected to pay the actual shipping charge, cost of the sample, and a handling fee.

Cost of Service

The manufacturer of the item will not be disclosed until the subscriber has indicated satisfaction with the price and sample from China and has paid the one-time service fee. If the subscriber wishes, CTC can negotiate the sourcing deal, on behalf of the subscriber, for a 2% commission. The commission is exclusive of the one-time service fee and applies to the total import value for each shipment.

Manufacturing Database Information

CTC can provide subscribers with a database of Chinese Manufacturers in any requested field. After subscribers have submitted written inquiries detailing company descriptions, product line descriptions, and database information i.e. specific field types, CTC's vast chinese network will compile a database of the most relevant manufacturers in this field in China.

Cost of Manufacturing Database

CTC shall charge a specified amount for each database. The cost of the database is dependent upon the amount of work required in putting the database together. CTC requires 50% up front payment with the final 50% upon receipt of the database in DBF format.
