• Access to the cumulative catalog of ChinaTech Listing items on the CTC Web Homepage. New items are carried on the ChinaTech Listing for two issues, after which they are archived on the Web Homepage. Members will be given a password and may browse among the cumulative catalog for technologies or inventions of interest to them.

New inventions listed by CTC are protected under the International Patent Cooperation Treaty and the Paris Convention. Inventors who file for a patent with the National Patent Office in China will have their filing date recognized for priority in North America if they file within 12 months.

Duties and Obligations of the Subscribing Corporation or Subscribing Units of Corporations
All material provided by CTC is on a confidential, not-for-disclosure basis for the sole use of the manager (contact person) of the subscribing corporation, or the subscribing unit of a parent corporation, for evaluation purposes. Subscribing corporations or subscribing units of corporations may not, directly or indirectly, disclose or distribute the material to other corporations.

Subscribing corporations shall hold the current password to the catalog on the CTC Web Homepage in the same confidence as the confidential material provided in the ChinaTech Listing.

Should a subscribing member not abide by the rules of confidentiality, CTC reserves the right to revoke all membership privileges and seek damages therefor, including any attorney’s fees incurred in the process.
