Steps To Be Taken:

1. After the Membership form has been filled out and returned with the appropriate fees enclosed, the client and CTC will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to protect the rights of all parties involved.
   

2. The client will supply CTC with only the necessary specs required for the development of the specific device or module being designed.
   

3. CTC will select the manufacturing site best suited for the clients product requirements.
   

4. CTC will initiate negotiations with the client and manufacturer. Both manufacturer and client shall remain anonymous to each other, until the negotiations have been completed.
   

5. The manufacturer and client will be brought together after both have signed a Non-Circumvention agreement with CTC.
   

6. CTC will charge an overhead on the project at the completion of negotiations
