Latex-Type Binder for Printing & Dyeing in Textile Make your textile prints ultrasoft to the touch Introduction Some high temperature and mid-temperature binders produced by the thermal-chemical method are already available on the market for dye-printing on textiles. But there are some disadvantages includingbadly textured prints, unstable production technology and high energy drain in production and application. Our scientists have developed a new latex-type binder which overcomes these disadvantages.
Our Technology Our low-temperature binder is a complement to pigment printing and dyeing on textiles. It is one of the latest (fourth) generation binders for pigment printing. Our low-temperature binder can work at any temperature from room temperature to 150 oC and beyond, so long as the prints made from it were dried absolutely without extra cross linking agents.
Benefits of this Technology Excellent savings in steam, water, and electricity are benefits of this new technology. The reduction of environmental pollution is another factor in this inventions potential.
