A New Dissolved Gas Flotation System

Introduction

Conventional dissolved gas flotation systems (CDFs) are currently used for wastewater treatment. Their low cost, long life time, and convenience of use have been factors which make them useful in a wide range of applications. The CDF's main function is to separate the precipitate from the aqueous system.

Our Technology

A cyclone-Aeration Flotation system (CAF) has been invented which supplies the separation system with the following advantages:

A separation rate that is 10 times faster than those in CDF systems

Reduced energy consumption of up to 50%

A removal rate that is better than 98%

Treatment Capabilities

The CAF system is effective on wastewater containing not only single metal but also a mixture of the heavy metals Ag, Al, Cd, Ce, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, Ni, Mn, Pb, Sn, Th, Ti, Zn, Zr, etc.

Some sample machines have been produced and provided to users. It has not been produced outside of China. Technology is available for transfer.
