High Capacity Desulfurizing Agent Removing Sulfur Impurities from oil and gas Introduction During gas processing, it becomes necessary to remove any excess sulfur and sulfuric acid that might be in the gas. This excess, if left untreated, could cause sever environmental damage as well as presentingserious health risks to anyone exposed to it.Until now, it has been extremely difficult to remove the impurities without causing damage to the surrounding environment. Our scientists have developed a method toextract sulfur without releasing harmful pollution into the air. Our Technology Our scientists have developed a highly efficient process, suitable for removing H2S and organic sulfur from natural gas, synthesis gas, and dry gas from oil refineries. The sulfur compound is converted into elemental sulfur and deposited on the desulfurizing agent. This method produces no secondary pollution.
Results H2S content in the purified gas can be reduced to <0.1 ppm.The small amount of C4 ~ C7 in the feed gas has no or little effect on the desulfurization process. We have a similar method for the desulfurization of organic Sulfur.
