Biodegradable Copolyester New One Step Method for Synthesis Introduction This technology is a one step method for synthesis of a biodegradable copolyester. In this one-step method, both monomers of bishydroxyethylene terephthalate (BHET) andE-capralactone (E-CL) were used as raw materials, and tetra-n-butyle titanate (Ti(OBu)4 was used as a catalyst.
Our Technology The copolycondesnation was performed at 160~220ºC for 0.5~5.0hrs and then under a reduced pressure of 6.66 x 10-6~ 2.66 x 10-4 Mpa at 230~270ºC for 0.5~8.0hrs.
