Introduction

The principle of the tester is based on the idea that radial pulse-waves can be detected non-invasively by a specifically designed transducer called a pulse sensor.

Our Technology in Action

This pulse sensor has a liquid cavity for coupling pulse waveforms which are then automatically collected by our microcomputer interface.

The final results including hemo-dynamical and hemerhological parameters such as stroke volume, blood viscosity, or total peripheral resistance can be reported on the computer screen or printer.

Technology Applications

This technology is particularly useful for emergency rescue situations, monitoring of anaesthesia levels during surgical operations, evaluation of the cardio functional state of athletes, clinical dynamic observation, and general physical examinations.
