Laser Beam Attenuator with Automatic Adjustability Good for Adjusting laser sensitivity without changing beam axis Introduction Increasing a laser beams intensity is exteremly important for optic experiments. One or several laser attenuation filters are used in laser laboratories for changing a beams intensity.However, the attenuation coefficient is fixed, so that changing the laser intensity continuously becomes very difficult.
Our Technology Our scientists have developed a new technique, which can attenuate a laser beam's intensity without changing the axis of the laser beam. Using our technology, two reflective attenuation mirrors areautomatically controlled by one motor with opposite rotational directions. This can reduce the time and effort normally needed to find the correct beam intensity.This system can be applied in scientific experiments and industrial laser machines to cut down on the time and money spent on laser attenuation.
