Introduction

Our Technology

Our enzyme, analysantipfarciasi (anti-thrombus enzyme), is a pure, single component enzyme which is purified from Pallas venom.SDS-PAGE and high performance liquid chroma-tography determination show that this pure enzyme is a single strand peptide glycoprotein.

The pharmacological properties:

Down-regulates the concentration of fibrinogen

Increases Tissue Plasminogen Activator in the blood

Dilates blood vessel, down-regulates vessel resistance

Improves micro-circulation

Decreases the blood viscosity

Activates protein C system

Anti-coagulates the platelet

Down-regulates plasminogen inhibitor

It promotes fibrinolysis, anti-coagulation, and decrease in blood viscosity
