Produces a Nitrogen Rich Work Environment

Introduction

The DO series of catalysts for removing oxygen are mainly used for deoxidization of gases in the following fields:

The gas purifying units in glass work production lines including color TV sets and electronic appliances.

The production of ultrapure nitrogen or high pure nitrogen from ordinary nitrogen.

The production of "rich gas" (from coal gas production by removing oxygen). Useful for the production and processing of special kinds of steel.

Our Technology

The DO Catalyst contains some noble metals. When used in conjunction with the removal of oxygen from electrolytic hydrogen and ordinary nitrogen the catalyst performs brilliantly.

Room Temperature Specifications

When used in conjunction with the removal of oxygen from electrolytic hydrogen and ordinary nitrogen the related DO catalyst can be started at room temperature with the following results:

Lifetime: 5~10 years

Gas Space Velocity: 5.0~8.0 x 10^3h-1

Residual O2 in effluent: <1ppm

Amount of Deoxidization: 0.1ppm

The higher the pressure the better the deoxidization
