DH-2 Catalyst For the Removal of H2 in CO2 Gas Introduction Urea is an important chemical fertilizer. To ensure the safety during the production of urea and other potentially volatile subsatnces, a catalyst is used to remove the hydrogen and other combustible gases in CO2.This is done to safeguard against explosions when hydrogen, oxygen, and ammonia are mixed.
Our Technology Our DH-2 Catalyst can effectively remove hydrogen from CO2. It has been successfully used in three 520,000 ton / year urea production plants in China. It surpassed similar US and UK catalysts in its performance.
Catalyst Range The catalyst can catalyze the reaction between H2 and O2 to H20 decreasing the hydrogen to less than 50 ppm in CO2.It can also partially remove other impurities including CO, CH3OH, and H2S etc.
